I have no problem with people wearing fur on an ethical basis, and my fashion sense has at times been questioned, but I'm reasonably sure that three different furs (hat, jacket and boots) really can not work together cohesively.
If I were that dog in front of her, I would be a little bit worried. I hear bichons make great leg warmers.
